Top Home Care Solutions was founded on January 1, 2024, by Decole Brown, a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in home care services and administration. With academic achievements including an Associate's, Bachelor's, and Master's degree from the University of South Carolina, she possesses the expertise required to oversee a highly skilled non-medical, in-home care enterprise.  

 My name is Decole Brown, and I have partnered with well-known home health care companies in the Columbia area, enhancing my expertise in this field. My drive comes from seeing clients preserve their independence in the comfort of their own homes. Apart from my career pursuits, I am a dedicated mother of three and a loving partner to Jessie Brown. Hailing from Columbia, South Carolina, I am eager to give back to my hometown and community. During my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and treasuring moments with my family. 

I am Salina Harrison, a dedicated Medical Assistant with a profound commitment to delivering empathetic care to individuals navigating health adversities. Central to my philosophy is the belief that every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and empathy. Through attentive listening, I gain valuable insights into the unique needs, concerns, and objectives of each patient.

My extensive background as a Medical Assistant, combined with my personal journey dealing with Lupus and Kidney Failure.
